Terms of Service

Service scope and formal engagement

TRUVISE provides licensing application support, licensed-company transaction matching and ongoing compliance advisory services. Merely browsing the website, making an initial enquiry, receiving an automated answer or being introduced to a counterparty does not, by itself, mean that TRUVISE has accepted a formal engagement or is authorised to act on your behalf. The specific services, fees, payment arrangements, timetable, deliverables and responsibilities of both parties must be separately confirmed in writing, for example in a service agreement or confirmation email. Additional or changed services also require separate confirmation.

Client information and instructions

You should ensure that information and documents you provide are accurate, complete and lawful, and that you are authorised to provide them and give the relevant instructions. Notify us promptly of material changes to information or business arrangements. We may assess a matter using information supplied by you or relevant parties. Unless independent checks are separately engaged with an agreed scope, collecting or forwarding information does not itself mean that verification, an audit or due diligence has been completed. Insufficient, incorrect, omitted or late information may affect advice, application outcomes and timetables. Any additional work, time and fees require case-specific confirmation. These arrangements do not reduce our legal or contractual duties for an agreed service.

Licences and licensed companies

Acquiring a company does not automatically confer permission to operate. Transactions and operational arrangements must comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including any necessary approvals, notifications and personnel assessments. Matching or introducing parties does not itself guarantee a company's financial position, liabilities, licence status, a counterparty or transaction returns. Unless separately authorised in writing, TRUVISE does not make transaction commitments on behalf of either party. Buyers and sellers should arrange legal, financial and regulatory due diligence appropriate to the case. If we are engaged to assist, our work and verification scope are governed by the agreed service arrangements.

Website and enquiry assistant

Website content and automated answers provide general information without considering your particular circumstances. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice or case-specific professional advice. The website does not provide real-time inventory, formal quotations or guaranteed approvals. Do not rely solely on website content or automated answers when applying, paying, acquiring a company or making other business decisions. Check official information and obtain appropriate professional advice for the case first. Prices, transaction timing and regulatory questions should be separately confirmed with a consultant.

Updates and relevance to individual cases

Descriptions of regulatory regimes, application procedures and services on this website are summaries and may change as laws, regulatory requirements or official publications develop. Applicable official materials and the circumstances of the case should be checked before acting. This website does not guarantee approval of an application, transaction or personnel arrangement, or any completion date.

This website may link to government, regulatory and other third-party websites. Their operators are responsible for their content, privacy arrangements and availability. Providing a link does not mean that the organisation has a partnership with TRUVISE or endorses our services.

Independent third-party professional services

If you separately appoint a lawyer, accountant or other independent provider, you and that provider should separately agree its scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities. An introduction or coordination of contact does not itself mean that TRUVISE guarantees the provider's results. If TRUVISE appoints a third party to perform a service we have accepted, that arrangement does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law or the service agreement. Personal data disclosure is handled under the website privacy notice and applicable law.

Website availability

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of updates, maintenance, communication failures or problems with third-party services. To confirm service arrangements, please contact us directly by telephone, WhatsApp or email.

Website use and content rights

Use this website and its enquiry channels lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit false or unauthorised information, distribute malicious software or interfere with website operation. Rights in the website text, design, marks and images are reserved by TRUVISE or the relevant rights holders. Except as permitted by law, a stated third-party licence or the rights holder's separate permission, they must not be copied, adapted or used commercially without authority. Sources and licences for third-party photographs are listed on the Image Credits page.

Limitations of liability and service agreements

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable requirement of reasonableness, TRUVISE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the general information on this website, website interruption or external websites. Liability and any limitations for an engaged service are governed by the separately confirmed service agreement and applicable law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and do not affect statutory rights.

Regulatory information and service scope

TRUVISE provides advisory and transaction-matching services relating to financial and virtual-asset licensing. Information is provided for general reference, is subject to case-by-case assessment and may change as regulatory policies develop. Licensing, registration, renewal and company transactions involve different regimes and require the applicable approvals, notifications and handover procedures. Tax-exempt status is also different from a transferable commercial licence. Website content does not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice.

Language versions

In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this website, the English version shall prevail.
